Children will be able to create their very own fishy-themed money bank as an added incentive to save up their pennies in preparation for Christmas.
The event, which will take place in the aquarium’s Colouring Corner and there will be a range of designs to choose from including sharks and clownfish.
“Our arts and crafts events are always popular with young families and we thought this would be the perfect time for children to start thinking about trying to save a few pennies for the festive holidays,” said Blue Reef Aquarium’s Hannah Butt.
“The team here have been trying out different fishy designs – with varying degrees of success – and we’re really looking forward to seeing how our visitors get on over the weekend,” she added.
