From July 13th we will be moving to DATED TICKETS. This means by booking for your desired day, you guarantee your entry for that day. They are not valid on any other date besides the selected date. Dated tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date once purchased.

- Please note that on busy days the wait may be 1 hour or more and all queuing is outside, so please come prepared for WET weather!
- The quietest times of the day are after 3pm.
- Tickets purchased online are NON-REFUNDABLE
- eTickets are not fast track tickets
- Please note that once purchased you will receive a confirmation email. You can either print out this email or show the code on your phone when you visit.
- Tickets can be used at anytime for the date you purchased, from 10am until Last Admissions.
- The quietest times of the day are after 3pm.
- No dogs, cats or other pets are permitted inside the aquarium.
- Tickets are limited, so all booked ticket holders are guaranteed entry during the day.

Disabled Visitors:
Disabled visitors pay our usual rate as per the above prices. One official carer accompanying a paying disabled visitor is admitted free of charge. If any additional carers are required please purchase a Concession ticket.
Proof of carer status required e.g. Disability Living Allowance or Attendee Allowance aware letter (dated within the last 12 months), Personal Independent Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months), letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.
